A new book is read each month and discussed by the members over a glass of fruit juice of tea and coffee. A certain number of books are supplied by Wyke Regis Library but new members are responsible for obtaining their books. Books can be fiction or non-fiction, modern or classic. The reading list is suggested by the members. All are welcome to join this friendly group.
We started meeting in members homes, but when we grew too big to all fit in transferred to the WI Hall where we now meet. Actual membership varies but numbers remain pretty constant at around 12. With the help of our local Library our selection of books has been very varied, sometimes light-hearted and often thought challenging.
